Privacy Policy

Lefriki Fantasy (“the app”, “we”) is an independent, unofficial fantasy football game made by fans, for fans. It is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any club, league or federation. All club names, competition names and marks belong to their respective owners. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it.

The short version: guest play is available. Accounts use only the information needed for sign-in and gameplay. No ads, analytics, cross-app tracking or data sales.

1. Summary

You can use the app as a guest, without an account. An account needs only a sign-in method (email, Google or Apple) and a nickname. We do not show ads, do not track you across other apps or websites, do not use analytics tools and do not sell your data. You can delete your account and all its data at any time, inside the app: Profile → Delete account.

2. Data we collect

• Account: your email address and a unique account identifier from Firebase Authentication. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store them.
• Profile: your nickname, optional profile photo, favorite player, app language and notification preferences.
• Game activity: squad picks, predictions, player ratings, points, rankings and leagues.
• Notifications: a push notification token and device platform when you allow notifications.
• Technical data: basic server request information such as IP address, time and request made, used only for security and fixing problems.
• On your device only: theme, language choices and sign-in session.
• Camera and photos: access is requested only when you choose a profile photo, and only the photo you pick is uploaded.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, phone number, payment information, advertising identifiers, or data from other apps.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to create and secure your account, run the game, save your picks and ratings, calculate points, show rankings, send notifications you allow, keep the app safe, prevent abuse and fix problems. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not make automated decisions with legal or similar effects about you.

4. What other fans can see

Your nickname, profile photo, points, rankings and squads you share are visible to other users in rankings, leagues and fans’ squads. Your email address is never shown to other users. If you use the Share button, the app creates an image on your phone, and you choose where to send it.

5. Reporting content

To report an inappropriate nickname or photo, email us at houssemghabarou@gmail.com. We review reports and remove offending content within 24 hours.

6. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help run the app, and only as needed: Firebase Authentication; Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple when selected; Expo push notifications, Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging; our server hosting provider; and Backblaze B2 for encrypted backups. These providers may process data outside Tunisia. We never sell or rent your personal data.

7. How long we keep data

Your data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, email, photo, picks, ratings, points, league memberships and notification tokens are deleted from our servers immediately. Your Firebase sign-in account is deleted too. If you used Sign in with Apple, the app also revokes access to your Apple ID. Encrypted backups are kept for up to 12 months for disaster recovery, then deleted automatically. When you sign out, the notification token for that phone is removed.

8. Your rights

You can see and change your nickname, photo, favorite player and notification settings in the app; delete your account and data in Profile → Delete account; or ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or to stop a use of your data by emailing houssemghabarou@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, these rights are also protected by Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 or the EU GDPR.

9. Security

Data between the app and our server is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the server is restricted, and backups are encrypted. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Children

Lefriki Fantasy is a football game for fans of all ages and does not ask for anyone's age. It is not designed specifically for young children. If you are a parent and want an account removed, contact us at houssemghabarou@gmail.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced in the app.
